If I read the google translate correctly here
https://asobinet-com.translate.goog...l=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp , Cosina is preparing RF-mount lenses.

I suspect they will be manual focus lenses, but with an electronically controlled aperture. With electronic contacts the lens can also report its focal length so that IBIS 'just works'.
Has Cosina ever release any EF lenses that had full electronic control hat matches any of Canon's consumer lens?

Could be...
Cosina is known for producing lenses for various Japanese and European customers. Zeiss, for instance.
So, there is a chance they produce(d) "Canon" lenses for Canon. But never as Cosina.

It's described as a "Large-aperture single-lens reflex lens". Perhaps, someone should tell Cosina that the RF-mount is for mirrorless not SLR.
According to the official Cosina teaser, there will be one lens for RF, one for DSLR, one for Fuji X and a high speed SLR lens.
So, they certainly know the RF stands for mirrorless.
