cs6 zoom tool and blurry images

I've been messing around with some images recently and noticed that images are sharp at some percentages but not at others. I have an image that is sharp at 16.67%, blurry at 15.68%(fit screen) and 13.5%(print size), and sharp once again at 12.5%. Is it possible to make a non-standard size image sharp? Thanks

That is weird. Just opened an image in CS6; mine open at 16.57%. I went incrementally up all the way to 21.3 and found no sharp to soft shifts. I tried several sections in the range going up .01% at a time...

Is this all your images? Is this a fairly new development? Try plugging in a different monitor?

It is to do with if your graphics card can work with the Adobe implementation of OpenGL if it can't it won't render intermediate zoom percentages well. It is the main reason they did away with 'Print Size' in the zoom menu, thankfully that has now been reintroduced!

It is under 'Preferences-Performance-Graphics Processor Settings', the 'Use Graphics Processor' option must be clicked (earlier versions said OpenGL). If your card can't do it it is greyed out.
