The Dolomites are really a very special landscape, some areas almost "lunar", an impression I couldn't well translate into photography (only huge, flat, fissured stone slabs). And beautiful rock formations you'll find nowhere else in Europe.
Plus extremely friendly people...and great food!

I really like this shot. Well done, Del Paso.

I had approximately 2-3 seconds to get it. That is why, I always have the 100-400 and body in a "Capture Peak" Clip on a strap of my backpack when hiking. On the other strap, Leica M and 35mm. The obvious risk, of course, is when I stumble...clonk & $$$$$$
I've just ordered a Mindshift Rotation 34 L, for quick AND safe access to the lens!
