This is a good win for Canon.
Sony has the advantage of being able to include audio equipment and smartphones.
Maybe that has something to do with Canon seeking smartphone partnerships but it also could just be that smartphones are such a big market.

Seems like I remember someone on here indicating Canon was done as a supplier to news organizations because the R1 wasn’t released yet.
